Hi!
I received my asylum in 2008. I have not apply for I485 and my passport is expired. I have fill out the I131 form but I am not sure if I should apply for my biometrics first or all together. Can you guide me through the steps?

What are you waiting to file for your I-485 (Green Card)? After granted asylum, you have a year of being physically in USA, so you can apply and receive a 10 years Green Card which give you much freedom than renewing I-131, I-765 (EAD) and Biometrics... Don't you realize the fees are going up? Now $1070 for a Green card; I am sure you are aware of it! Good luck. I hope that guide you!
