Hi, i have a GC will expire in 2014. i stayed out 3 years i want to go back but don't have the re entry permit. i want to try to just go back with my GC and just tell then i was out 3 month when they ask me. will it work? i know they can check but if they don't have reason to not trust me can they just let me go trough or its writing with a red flag that i was away 3 years?
i want to take my chance that way because its to hard to get the SB1 visa.
i will have a new paspor to because i lost the other one so i have to apply for a new one so it be no stamp on it also.
or should i use my other pasport because i have an other from italy because i am half italian. if i go with my italian pasport as a tourist they don't know that i have a green card right??
