Visitor/b2 visa is possible
YES, tourist/visitor visa is possible as long as you show the Consular Officer that you have a VERY strong ties (work/business/family) in the Philippines. You must surrender your Green Card first before making an appointment for Visitor/B2 visa interview. Fill-out I-407 and submit it personally to USCIS Customer Service Window #25 at 2nd floor of the US Embassy in Manila. No need for an appointment, just walk-in Monday to Friday from 8am-12pm only. After a short interview, they will give you a copy of the completed and signed I-407. Bring that copy on your Visitor/B2 visa interview. I hope this info help you a lot.
