Hello,
I am a conditional resident and my wife (US citizen) and I are planning to file I-751 jointly in March 2012. I have been attending a university in a different state and since my wife has not been able to find a job in the state where I am currently living, we have decided to live separately. I have been updating my address with the USCIS every time when I moved away from my wife for school.
We share a bank account, have filed taxes jointly for the last three years and visit each other frequently.
Will the fact that we are not living together cause me any problems with my removal of conditions?
