hi i recently sent my I131 application for re ent permit to USCIS Lock box in Phoenix by USPS express deliv. It was delivered to the lockbox o 22nd Nov. However my draft of $445 is not yet en-cashed by Dept of homeland security.
Also i have not received any update from them whether they have accepted or recieved my application..even though i filled up G1145 form and clipped with i131.
I have in all spent approx 5.5 months outside US. I have requested expidite processing of at least bio metrics appointment before i leave outside US on 2nd Dec.
Now it looks like the biometrics will not come untill I leave.
QUESTION:
a)can i come later for biometrics to US after i reschedule the appointment in March /april
or will they deny my application if i leave the US.
b)can i request US embassy in London (London is where i work) to process my biometrics.
