Do I need to be in US & or file in my country too for divorce (I-751)
1. Do I need to be in US for any stage of the divorce process. Do I need to seperately file for divorce in my country too, where we got married
2. If I need to change my surname to before marriage, when I should do that during the process. Or what if I do the divorce process in my country only, not in US
3. I think it takes about 6 months to complete I-751 process. Can someone provide me realistic figure, provided that we have filed just before the dec holidays
