My CR1 was changed IR1 status in passport at POE, but GC says CR1 category!!

I was issued a CR1 visa during my visa interview(on Dec 13th, 2011) as it was before my second wedding anniversary(Jan 13th) .At the POE, the CBP officer stamped and wrote down IR1 in my passport , since I entered USA on Jan 20th, 2012, AFTER my second wedding anniversary.I received my GC today but it states the category as CR1 instead of IR1.What can I do to get this rectified? Should I make an InfoPass appointment?Or send back my GC with a letter and marriage certificate ?I would really like to get it changed to IR1 , since I am eligible for it.Please help.Any guidance is deeply appreciated.Already received my welcome letter and SSN.Thanks!

hi, iam also the same situation.. CR-1 category and stamped in my passport as IR1 at my POE..what you need to do is file form I-90 to replace your GC and submit along with it your marriage certificate, birth certificate, your original green card, a photocopy of your passport stamped as IR-1.. thats all i did..there will be no fee since its the USCIS error..
I already received a notice of action from them stating that they received my application for a replacement of GC.. I am still waiting for the next step what to do..
