Tax return documents for I-751 petition

Hi everyone,

I just filed my I-751 petition yesterday. I had sent copies of my e-file tax returns. But these returns do not have mine or my wife's signature. Will the USCIS accept these as valid documents or will I have to have mailed my tax return transcripts

Your e returns probably have both your social security numbers. Your form to remove conditions also has a column for both your SSN's (which I am assuming you have filled). So, when the numbers on the columns match the numbers on the e-return and your exact names, USCIS has got to accept your documents.

Btw, what additional documents have you sent as evidence? We have to file the removal in a few months.
