My husband and I were married in June 2010 - I am the U.S. Citizen; he is originally from England. He became a permanent resident in December 2010, so we will have to file the I-751 in September 2012 to remove the conditions for his residency.
I would like to hear feedback from those who have gone through this process and how much official documentation should be provided. I have read the I-751 instructions but am curious as to how much proof is sufficient. We purchased a home in August 2011 and of course have joint assets, bank accounts, filed tax returns together, etc. I never want to skimp on providing documentation showing the legitimacy of our marriage, however, I certainly do not want to overdo it.
Any words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated!
