My wife ,kids and I have PR {green cards) for the USA. I'm currently in my home county and planning to immigrat soon.
Do I need to take my family with me to the USA (3 kids under 16yrs) within the 12 months allowed period. I cannot apply the the reentry permit because of the 8/10 weeks processing time needed while in the usa because.Kids cannot miss out on school for this long in our home country
What are the implication if I go my self to secure a job and once settle call them over.
Will they loose their permanant resident status if they are minors under 16 years of age and out of the us for longer than a year
