Hello,
I know...kind of crazy, but I am a US citizen living with my husband in Spain. He's IR1 entry visa expires in Aug. I am currently awaiting company transfer and not sure how long will it take, it is just like looking for a job basically. If I we are still here in July and no news we need to get a solution.
1. Is it possible to get an IR1 extension? If so, what is the procedure? I can't seem to find information in regards to this type of visa extension anywhere.
2. Would it be feasible for him to enter the US with me and we stay for a couple of weeks then return to Spain for hopefully, less than a year? Will he have any issues with the re-entry?
