Me and my spouse are GC holders. We have 3 kids who are US citizens(born in USA).
We got our GC through employment 1 year ago.
We had some family disputes with our immidiate family recently. They are US citizens.
There was no physical violence involved, just verbal and email arguments and name calling.
Now they are threatening us that they will get our GC cancelled or create problems in our citizenship.
Can they do this ?
Can they sent a written complaint with false accusations to USCIS to get us in trouble ?
What precautions can we take so they do not jeopardize our GC or citizenship.
