First time immigrant...

My wife will be entering US in a couple of weeks on a IV. I am a GC holder and i am already in US. What does she need apart from,

1. Passport
2. Immigration Visa
3. The Sealed Envelope that she got form the Consulate after her CP interview was done
4. Customs Form.

Is there any other envelope she is supposed to have from the medical exam, that she is supoosed to carry during the Port of Entry?

That's basically it.
I think it is also required to have the X-ray available, but at least in my case they didn't ask for that.
