Is it possible Staying Outside USA (after re entry expires) keeping Green Card Valid?

After receiving Green card and social security card me and my family returned to my home country with the re entry permission. Now we are at the end of the 2 years. Now, is it possible to stay outside of USA (after my re entry permit expires) for few more time in some urgent matter keeping my green card valid?
If yes, The please tell me the process.

You can't stay out past the expiration date on the RP. You will ALL have to travel to the US, apply for a new one, stay for biometrics, and then leave, hoping that they will issue it. If you have REALLY compelling reasons to stay outside (and I mean REALLY compelling, like severe illness), then you can stay out longer and try to apply for an SB1 visa (returning resident).
