I m a green card holder and thinking of applying for a reentry permit as i m planning to go bak to my country and get married and also complete my studies....i want to know if i can visit any other country during period of two years if i get reentry permit as my fiancee is settled in Uk so do i have to state in the form that i will b visiting UK and India both the countries and also is there a problem in stating so?because my ultimate aim is to come bak in 2yrs and settle here.and is there any restriction on time period you can spend in any country on a reentry permit?

The US has no authority to anything outside of the US borders. You can do whatever you want abroad and you can of course travel where you want.
Actually, there is one small thing: you may be denied entry back to the US if you travel to a number of specific countries, like Cuba, Iraq, Lybia, etc. And doing terrorist activities would also result in denail of entry back to the US.
