I have applied for a reentry permit to go to my home country for a period of 6-8 months. On my I-131, I have requested INS to send the reentry permit to a friend's address in the US. My question is regarding the change of address form. Should I send a change of address form to INS with my address in my home country or can I give my friend's address or should I maintain a PO box and give that address? Thanks for your help.
