Renew Permanent Resident +kids Australian+Citizenchip test pass

Im Russian Lady was Married Australian and we have 2 kids Born in Perth Western Australia so they are Australians. I pass my Citizen test before we was moving UAE but they not give me citizenship coz is was not inaf i stay in Perth ( i was traveling with kids Russia and Back) We Move UAE we separated but not Devorsed, Im Now in Russia with 2 kids. I want Back Australia but alone( will bring kids later). My Permanent Resident expire in November 2012 and I was not able renew coz of some problems in UAE.
I have few Questions
1. Witch Application i need for new Resident Visa?
2. If i cant have Resident Visa with witch visa i can go Australia?
3. If i Pass my Citizenship and my kids Australians can i have citizenship if yes what i need for?
