i have a relative who needs to obtain a visa for usa from australia . her son was injured in a accident in florida badly injured 7 years ago and the court case is due to commence soon however 2 months ago she had a conviction of stalking made against her ,and was denied a visa. is there anyone who has any recommendations for her and her son as she has been advised the court case will cease if she is unable to appear.thank you soooo much for any info:

Why not apply for an Electronic Travel Authority (ETA)? this allows you three months access to Australia.
