Help on choosing where to file tax

I was in India during the entire year 2012. During this period I had sold stocks (ESPP) in U.S. I did not have any other income in US or a W2 form. Please advise whether I should list this income when I file tax in India or should I file this in US tax. Thanks

That's US income. Therefore, you must file US income tax in India.
