I am holding 10 yr multiple entry visa (B1/B2) for US and been to US
couple of times I never overstayed .
Last time I visited US in March 2005 at port of entry in US
the Immigration officer was very strict she asked me alot of questions
and finally asked me to show my return ticket from USA,
I showed her and tht ticket was booked for 18th Apr 2005,
and she put date 18th april 2005 on my I-94,ie gave me stay
in US till 18th April it was exactly the date of my ticket to travel back,
my return flight was at 11.50 PM on 18th Apr
somehow it got delayed for like half hour.
I hand over my I 94 to airline staff.
as my departure date from US n last date on I- 94
was same do u think it can create any problems for
me in future entry to US?
I never over stayed in US always left country well before expiry of
    I-94 kindly suggest.undefined

      I 94 Lost

      Hi,
I lost my Indian Passport with Visa B1/B2 along with I94 form. I reissed my Passport but to replace I94, processing time is 3 months. However my departure date is 13 March 09. I came only for 8 weeks. I called to Homeland Security 1-800-375-5283 regarding this. They told me that, I should inform to CBP officer at the time of leaving US. But I am not sure that CBP officer will record my departure date without any proof. It means, in CBP database my status will show Overstay and it fills me futher (next) entry to USA.
Please guide me what should I do?

      Thanks,
