Some times it is as easy (or as difficult) as changing channels on TV with old remote control with low battery. It is easy if you have connections back home and many companies require a personal interview. If you are desiring a Govt. Job, forget it. However, academic jobs, there is possiblity that you can search or approach from remote and finalize.

If you are looking for Private sector jobs, many of them are "somewhat" multinational and often they make "over seas" recruitment campaigns. Keep yourself alert for such campaigns.
