Canadian and CP Reject

I am at the threshold of undergoing my CP for Us immigrant at Mumbai. sometime back i had applied for Canadian PR and we have got our landing papers.

My question is in case the CP at Mumbai gets rejected (being pessimistic) ,is it still possible to go to Canada (since i have the landing papers) and will i face a problem at the port of entry (POE) in Canada.

US and Canada are 2 different countries. Your status in one country is not affected by your status in another country.
