i am mrs. ramaprabha. i and my spouse were working for ministry of health hospital, libya. we returned back to india in 2004 october, after serving there for 2 years.last year in october 2005 , we got our interview from canadian high commission , which we attended and passed. immediately we got our medicals & also a letter to get pcc from libya. we applied for the same to the general administration of criminal research, tripoli , libya by post.but after patiently waiting for 6 long months we have no reply. meanwhile we informed the CHC about our problem & also submitted copy of general clearance taken from libya,which also includes clearance from local security services. now again CHC has asked us to get the pcc from libya.we have approached the libyan embassy in india but of no help. we are at a total blank now ,as we see our future hanging in mid air. please kindly advice on this issue.
