Dear Friends,
I have five years of expereince in USA and I would like to apply for canada green card under regular processing. I can stay in USA till April 2008. I heard that canada greencard processing takes 12 to 14 months. If i am out of usa by that time, is it possible to tranfer the case to India.
Are there any alternatives to this.
