Visit Canada with US B2 visa?

Hi.. I would like to know if I can visit canada..
I stay in New York with B1/B2 visa and I-94(B2) valid till Dec29, '09..
Should apply for a canadian visitor visa? or can I visit with US B2 visa only?

Yes you can but not on US B2 visa. You will have to apply for a Canadian visitor visa from US. It typically takes less than a week (but depends on the city where you apply).
