A few months back, I was falsely accused of assaulting a co-worker. Even without any evidences, my company fired me. I was charged for the same, but those charges were dropped due to lack of solid evidences and some expert work by my lawyers. Now I am planning to move to California with the help of an old friend. I want to know if my past experiences will have any negative impact for my travel to California or my life there? What all should be considered before moving to California?

Joseph,
Anything negative that shows up on your RCMP police clearance can affect granting of a visa to come to the U.S.
