H1B renewal after Misdemeanor

I was arrested last year because of a domestic violence case and was in Jail for 2 day. My friend bailed me out and I got that case closed within 4 days. I got the copy of disposition case as well. Now I am wondering if it is going to affect my VISA renew and the GC and Citizenship after that. I have already reported this to my attorney and provided them the copy of the disposition and she said it is not going to affect but I am still curious.
