hi,
I was charged a Class C citation for Shoplifting at Walmart in Texas, NO ARREST, just a citation given. I approached Attorney and he worked to get deferred Dispostion with fine and Community service. Right now, I am under Probation period and will get this case dismissed after 90 days period.
My Question here,
1. If I change job and do h1B Transfer during this probation period, will it affect Transfer? Do I need to disclose this to new Company Attorney that I am on Probation
2. Once Case is dismissed, If I go to India for Stamping, will it be a problem with Stamping if I carry all necessary case dismissed Documents?
3. Do we need keep YES/NO for Quesiton related Arrested or Convicted on DS form, keeping the fact that I am neither arrested nor Convicted?
4. By When (how many years) this case can be Expunged/erased from my history? if Yes, to initiate this expungedprocess, do I need Attorney or I can approach court directly?
Please help me in giving required information. It will be a great help !!
