I recieved a ticket for petty theft / misdemeanor under PC 484/488 .
Date to appear in court is 6th April .. I'm traveling to India on feb 12th for h4 visa stamping and returning on 24april
1.should I go ahead with the travel with an advanced return ?
2.will I b given my h4 visa without any issues ??
3,should I hire an attorney ?
4. Even if I'm given visa and arrive here before April 6th will I b permitted to enter at the point of entry ?
