Pending Bills in USA

I left USA with some credit cards account oppen.
Months later, my bills are very high , and I dont know how to pay it. I really want to pay my bills, I have tried to find ways to pay but I didnt find a way to pay it being abroad.
Am I able to get a tourist visa having these unpaid bills?

Existing credit accounts have nothing to do with applying for or using a visitor visa.
