L1-b and I94 extension pending and i was arrested once

Hi,
I was arrested for 5th degree domestic assault and i am applying for my I-94 extension.Now the case has been dismissed by the court.

Will me L1-B /I94 be denied.Right there are no issues with this case except that i was arrested.

No problems as it has been dismissed. But you need to always disclose the arrest on all immigration forms even if expunged.
