1.May cause problems if it qualifies under CMIT. What was the charge here and the max punishment allowed under the state law? Even if you plead not guilty, it looks like you were guilty as you paid a fine.

2. You shoul have declared it as it is no big deal. If the case is dismissed, you have little less to worry about. There are mistaken arrests done all the time.

You need to carry certified copies of all cases for the interview.

1. Whether you had the "intent" to commit this crime comes into picture as well. CIMT is complicated and as you accepted guilt, your reply at the interview will have a lot to do with the case. Talk to a good lawyer that has knowledge of CIMT (immigration law) and seek their input.
