GC conditional got arrested

I'm married to USC in 2006 and having conditional GC and I got arrested with no charges and case got dismissed.


I have couple of questions,

a) What will be the impact on immigration status?
b) Will there be problem while removing conditional GC status?.
c) Why they called immigration from DA offices?
d) I'm going to visit other country in August, while coming back to USA will there be any problem at port of entry?
