Hi,
I was arested and finger printed 3 months ago for speeding +30 over the speed limit and was issued a citation for neg operation, I went in to a pre trial diversion, finished all the requirements and in the process of getting the case dismissed. I am waiting for the dismissal order from court.
I am planning to go to canada for my H1B stamping, I know I have to carry the court diposition and have to declare the arrest when I fill out the application.
My question is, do I have to disclose it when applying for the canadian visa and if so what are my chances for getting the canadian visitor visa if I disclose it.
I have read some posts saying that they never mentioned it when they applied for the canadian visa.
Any input regarding this will be greatly appriciated. Thanks in advance.
