    my husband (us citizen just filed for me to get my greencard i already got my biometrics done and EAD issued i have interview coming up for AOS my husband has been arested in the past and a warant issued but fled that was like 5yrs ago so when they do background check do they do a national check or the current state we reside in and if we do not mention the arrest will the officer ask about it please help

    They do a national check. This is the federal government issuing the visa, not your state. If the question comes up on the form, you'd better state the facts honestly, or you'll be denied for misrepresentation. If it's not on the forms, don't worry about it unless they ask, but it's possible that it will come up in the interview.
