Can I get UAE PCC if I have Unpaid Loans in UAE?
I lost my Job during recession period and I was forced to flee the country(to avoid prison) after I failed to find another job.
NOW, I wanted to apply for Australian Immigration and the Consultant says I will need PCC from UAE as I was staying there for morethan a year.
My QUESTION is - Can I be able to obtain PCC if I have unpaid loans of around 50k UAE Dhms?
Is loan defaulting a Criminal offence in UAE? Will it affect PCC?
Pls help me..I am sure there are some people who have experienced the same situations.
