Hey I know thisd is an old theard but can I please ask, how long were you allowed to stay each time on the waiver. Did they make you leave after three months?

    Answer to your question.

I dont know answers to first two questions but for last question, you should come under petty offence section if maximum jail sentance possible for that crime in the state was one year. Print out law, show consulate and re apply again. If maximum possible jail sentance was longer it doesnt count.
