Hello, Sirs. 7 years ago I was arrested for dui. Also I scratched the car of guy who was with me in the bar. At that moment I was on m-1 visa. I plead guilty. Property damage was “no prosequi” ( dismissed). Fortunately I was able to finish my study in about 6 months. And I made everything what court made me to do ( fines, courses, probation). After all I left USA and have never been there anymore. Now I would like to go to USA for training course for about one month. Could someone advise if I will be able to get m-1 visa ? Have no more criminal records. Thx
