Hi All,
I need help regarding my visa pocessing.I had been to USA on L1B.But I had a larceny 6 charges when I was at USA .But I did a community services for 8 hours and the case has been expunged as well.But in Police station they have taken my photographs and fingerprint as well.After coming to India I applied for a new passport with new name(only Title has been changed),new address ,changed marital status,new mother name(As in my previous Passport name of my mom was wrong).In my Visa application form I didn't mention that I have been arrested.As I didnt mention that I have ever been arrested in my Visa application form will it create a problem?My employer doesn't know about this case.So is there any chance they will come to know about my arrest record??
