I was arrested for petty theft in Apr 11 and was convited to Tresspassing with some fine and 2 yr probhation. Now I'm going to India this month and i'm confused about what to answer for the question : breif expalination about the arrest. Should i specify about petty theft or can i hust answer that I was convicted forTresspassing?
