Hi,
I am anticipating that I would be getting EAD though my wife I-140 as beneficiary. However my GC process is also going on and I have my own 140 approved.
Please advice, if i switch over to my wife's EAD, can i still continue my GC Process with my employer ( I am planning to leave him & join Full time after getting EAD)
Also if my dates becomes current, can I/him file for 485 without joining him..
I am doing this to safeguard any future issues and have back up where my I-140 petition could suffice for any issues.
