L2 EAd Process - Is Biometrics mandatory?
Hi,
I got my L2 last week. My question is...Can I go to US, apply for an EAD and come back to India? and go to US once EAD is approved?
I heard that USCIS may call us for Biometrics? Is it mandatory for everyone to have the biometrics? Because we already give the biometrics during our L2 Visa interview.
As I need to serve two months of notice period with my India employer..it will be difficult for me if they call for biometrics when I come back to India?
Can any one suggest?
