I'm missing my EAD card which was sent Nov,13 2013.The reason of all this is the change of address that i made on time but the USCIS delay to update(to change it) it their system , my EAD was sent at my last address after sending it to the wrong(let me say it's wrong because i moved)address i contacted the USCIS and they told me that i have to wait until the mail(EAD card) get back to them and send it to the right(current) address,but in the meantime i asked the lady(USCIS agent) who picked up the phone if i may have have the tracking number just to check the delivery process ,unfortunately she replied that the Government/ Immigration mails don't have the tracking number,i couldn't complain because at that time i didn't know that was a lie until i did my research.
After that i tried to call the USPS local office just to ask them if they received or delivered something and they told me that nothing was there under my name ,Even to the address(my last address) where my EAD was sent they didn't receive it.
I don't really know what to do now,,i Keep calling the USPS local office and now they're tired of me ,i wish i can go there in person but it's kind far(out of state),i have receive several notices from USCIS telling me that i have to wait until the USPS send it back to them send it back to them and resend it but this time to the right address.
I'm confused it's driving me crazy!i don't know who to believe??
*Maybe,this card was never sent,,or if it was sent it should be the tracking number.
*How long i have to wait according to USCIS ???
i believe that it get lost in mail
