Good Day Senior members and all the forum,

Thanks for your previous help on this site. Yesterday, my status changed to card production(EAD). I would like to know how much time it takes to produce the card and when I should expect its arrival.
I would also like to know which documents will I need to request a Social Security Number?

I've sent my AOS package on nov 17. They received it on nov 18. Text and email confirmation of reception nov 24. Letter for biometrics received on nov 24th. Biometrics done on dec 16th. Online status changed to "ready to schedule interview" on dec 23rd(for I-485) . status changed to "card production" on jan 26(for EAD). Nothing yet since for the I485 interview. I'm just waiting!

I was wondering the same thing I sent in my documents on dec 6th , dec 9th they recieved my package cash checks ... I got my letter for biometrics on the 6th if jan ... On jan 13th they said my case is ready to be schedule for an interview ... How long should I wait ... Does this mean no ead card ?

It was 2 weeks after Card Production before I got my ead card. Then I took my EAD and my passport to the Social Security Office to apply for my SSN. It was more than 2 weeks after the interview but I still haven't heard anything from USCIS. still waiting for Green Card to go back to school because the tuition free is cheaper for president.
