Have a question and need your help.
Both my wife and I have approved I-140, I am on EB3 and she is on EB2.
Last year, as Chinese EB3 advanced passed EB2, we filed I-485 using my EB3, and it passed 180 days already
In the future, if EB2 goes faster than EB3, to my understanding we can relink I-485 under her I-140 if she remains at her current work.
The question is, if she change her job, as the I-485 is passed 180 days now, will AC21 apply too?
i.e. If she changes job now, can we still relink to her I-140 when her EB2 PD gets current in the future?
It may not viable, but just want your advice here
