Good day Good people, I urgently need your kind advise, my case goes like this.....I came to US in Feb 2014 thru B2 (Visitor visa)...to cut it short I met my wife (USC) in March 2014 we love eachother so I decided to stay.....we got married in Feb 2015....started AOS processing in July 2015 (means I overstayed by 12months)...just received my EAD/AP combo card...my question; is it safe for me to travel with this card to see my sick mother and be re-admitted back to US on my return at POE or should I just wait till final stage....
