My I-131 was rejected due to incorrect filing fee, how to resubmit?

Hi,

I have a few questions want to ask you regarding my immigration petition for my wife.

-I today receive REJECTION notice for I-131 due to the payment amount is incorrect. My I-131 was sent back with a green paper. Do I resubmit the same I-131 that was sent back or I need to print a new copy? because the one that they sent back has some number prints on the bottom of each page. Also do I need to include the rejection notice in the package?

replying to REJECTION FOR 131 DUE TO INCORRECT FEE

I would print out a set of your I-131 paperwork because USCIS won't be able to scan if you re-send everything the way they sent it to you. And very important, make sure that green paper is on top of your package when you re-submit along with the correct fee. I had to re-do the package for my husband's I-485 so I re-printed everything with the green paper on top and they accepted it with no problem. Hope this helps.
