EAD renewal without I485

I forgot to file I485 receipt with EAD renewal application. And my husband's EAD is going to expire in May 13th,2016.
What should I do? Will they just denies it as a whole or requesting supplemental documentations? Can I make an infopass to turn in I485 receipt? Or is there anyway to withdraw and resubmit the application?
I felt so bad knowing I screw up a big time.

Update us how was your case resolved? Generally the USCIS always ask for additional documents. But sometimes they just require that you bring your old EAD and they will issue you a new one.
