Need help on time needed for getting EAD

Hi,

I have applied for H4 EAD on April 12th. There was a problem in my name , which was corrected at USCIS on April 18th.

Till now i dint hear anything from them. I saw on forum that many people got call for finger printing within a month of applied date.

But i dint get any call/status change. I have applied for Vermont center.

Please let me know what would have gone wrong or how long it takes to get?

I have some urgency that i should go to India. So waiting for EAD and then go.

You should totally submit an inquiry on your case, after 60 days pending you have the right to. You can do it online on the immigration site or call them up.
