H4 - Advanced Parole - Start own Business
Hi,
I am trying figure out whether i can start my own business in the US when i am on advanced parole.
This is my current situation.
I am currently on a H4 Visa in NYC, and my H4 is valid till Jan 2007. My wife has been working in the US on a H1B, and she filed for her Labor Certification. We expect an answer in 3 months. If she is approved for the Labor Certification (around may) i will file (I 485) for Visa Immigration Petition and Adjustment Status and at the same time apply for Advanced Parole. I was told that if granted Advanced Parole, i am able to open my business in the US.
Is that true?
